Alexia Gomez

My name is Alexia. I'm a current senior at Western Michigan University graduating in December 2023. I was a member of the boys and girls club during my junior and senior year of highschool and appreciated all the opportunities that it offered me. It lead to me doing a 3 month internship with Lighthouse Immigrant Advocates in Holland. Although I didn't take that route as a career it continued to hone in on my love for helping people. I decided to take my education to finance and eventually sit for the CFP (certified financial planner) exam.

I am the current Wealth Development Coordinator for Greenleaf Trust, where the program teaches high school students of the global majority financial literacy. I plan to become a financial advisor where I will continue to help people in their life decisions.

Besides my career goals I enjoy traveling the world. I've been solo traveling since 2018 and plan to visit every country in the world in my lifetime.
